Abstract
LGD-4033 is rapidly increasing in popularity, as it has shown to be the strongest and most anabolic-like SARM in existence up to this point. LGD-4033 is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARMS), and a novel non-steroidal oral SARM that binds to AR with high affinity (Ki of ~1 nM) and selectivity. LGD4033, LGD - Unparalleled for very lean bulking. 3 weeks of just 1mg per day can add nearly 4 pound of lean mass without exercise, in males. Usual dose is 2.5-10mg, beyond that, you're asking for hypoglycemia and other issues.
There's very little point to anything beyond that, for most people the diminishing returns begin at 5mg. It loads your muscles full of water and glycogen, rapidly increasing the amount of exercise volume you can do at any given percentage of your max. My best example is that when my squat max was 355, my 20rm was 245 easily after 20 rep set of 225. Pumps are insane, and most users have a significant appetite increase and nutrient demand.

Half Life And Dose
The half life of LGD is quite long compared to other SARMs - between 26 and 38 hours.
